Ganderbal | Nov 03:To review and further strengthen the overall security grid in the district, SSP Ganderbal Shri Khalil Ahmad Poswal–JKPS on Monday chaired a Security Review Meeting at the Conference Hall, District Police Office Ganderbal.
The meeting was attended by Gazetted Officers, officers of the Army and CAPFs, besides SHOs and DOs of the district.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the prevailing security scenario, deployment strategies, inter-agency coordination, and law and order preparedness across the district. SSP Poswal emphasized maintaining close synergy among all security agencies, ensuring timely intelligence sharing, and enhancing area domination to sustain peace and public safety.
He directed the officers to remain on high alert, intensify patrolling and checkpoint vigil, and promote a people-friendly policing approach to strengthen public trust and cooperation.
While appreciating the efforts of officers for maintaining peace, harmony, and law & order in the district, SSP Ganderbal urged them to continue their duties with dedication, professionalism, and proactive readiness towards emerging security challenges.
Ganderbal Police reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a secure and peaceful environment in the district through continuous vigilance and coordination among all stakeholders.
