Ganderbal, April 2: Ajaz Ali Tantray has been appointed as the Incharge District President of the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Association, Ganderbal, and will hold the position until the next elections are conducted.
The announcement was made by EJAC President Aijaz Khan during a farewell function organised in honour of Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, who demitted office after his retirement.
Speaking on the occasion, Aijaz Khan stated that Ajaz Tantray will oversee the affairs of the association in Ganderbal in an interim capacity until a duly elected body takes charge.
He also appreciated the services of Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, highlighting his dedication, integrity, and significant contributions to the association during his tenure.
Members present at the event expressed gratitude to the outgoing president for his commendable service and extended their support to Ajaz Ali Tantray in his new role.
